This role requires 3-5 years of direct hands-on experience executing digital marketing activities.
* Proven hands-on experience in at least 2-3 core digital domains (strong in SEO & Content, or strong in Paid Search & Social Ads).
* Ability to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns independently in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
* High proficiency in the day-to-day execution of digital activities (keyword research, ad copy creation, email segmentation, social media scheduling).
* Ensure all campaign executions are delivered on time and within budget.
* Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, vercal, elementor
* Ability to coordinate and assist with the creation of digital assets (e.g., landing pages, banner ads).
* Comfortable pulling and summarizing data from Google Analytics and other platform dashboards.
* A strong team player capable of taking clear direction from senior management.
* Willingness to learn new tools and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs.
* Ability to identify performance issues at the campaign or channel level and suggest immediate corrective actions.
* Generate regular performance reports for the Senior Manager.
* Manage specific campaigns (e.g., a monthly lead generation campaign).
* Maintain and update specific digital properties (e.g., blog, SEO health).
* Complete weekly/monthly performance reports.
