Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic HR Manager to lead our HR & Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, managing recruitment activities, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the company’s growth through effective people and process management.
This is a leadership role that combines team management, client coordination, recruitment strategy, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR & Recruitment Operations Team to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
Develp and implement HR strategies, policies, and best practices aligned with company goals.
Coordinate with clients to understand manpower needs, share feedback, and ensure smooth communication.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, selection, onboarding, and retention.
Manage new joiner training, performance monitoring, and employee engagement activities.
Support business growth planning by aligning recruitment and HR operations with organizational objectives.
Track operational KPIs, prepare HR reports, and analyze recruitment performance.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements (PF, ESIC, payroll, labor laws, etc.).
Handle employee grievances, maintain HR documentation, and promote a positive work culture.
Drive continuous improvement in recruitment delivery and process efficiency.
Requirements:
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in HR Operations / Recruitment Management, including team-handling experience.
Strong understanding of staffing operations, client management, and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and knowledge of HR tools, ATS, or CRM systems.
Ability to plan, execute, and monitor HR strategies aligned with organizational growth.
Must be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
