Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Manager located in Gandhidham. The Laboratory Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring quality control, and maintaining laboratory equipment. Duties include managing laboratory staff, conducting R&D, implementing quality standards, performing analytical tests, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Control and Laboratory Equipment management Strong Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills Experience in Research and Development (R&D) Excellent organizational and managerial skills Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field Experience in the cargo inspection industry is a plus
