Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gandhidham. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and development. Day-to-day responsibilities will include developing HR strategies, managing employee records, addressing employee concerns, implementing HR policies, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in maintaining employee records and managing compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to design and implement training and development programs
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
