HR Manager

IAGS Export Pvt. Ltd. is a growing export company specializing in high-quality rice and tea products. We are committed to excellence, global standards, and a people-first work culture. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated HR Manager to join our team and support our expansion.

Position: HR ManagerResponsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development programs.
• Oversee training, motivation, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Support management in building a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (export industry experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment..

Salary:

Competitive and based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
