Job Description

As the HR Head at a longstanding Ferrous Foundry cum Machine Shop with 51 years of legacy and over 250 employees, your role will be crucial in leading and overseeing all human resource functions to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. Your strong leadership skills will be essential in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational culture building within the manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives in line with the company's business goals. - Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain skilled talent. - Manage employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution to foster a positive work environment. - Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. - Design competitive compensation and benefits programs. - Drive employee engagement, training, and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities. - Collaborate with senior management for workforce planning and organizational development. - Initiate and maintain a strong organizational culture reflecting company values. - Supervise the HR team, providing leadership, coaching, and development. - Oversee HR systems, databases, and ensure accuracy in HR-related reporting. - Handle grievance mechanisms and facilitate effective communication channels between management and employees. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR or equivalent is preferred. - Minimum 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a preference for experience in manufacturing or foundry environments. - Profound knowledge of Indian labor laws, industrial relations, and compliance requirements. - Demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management. - Proficiency in Telugu reading, writing, and speaking, with comfort in Hindi and English. - Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. - Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications. **Reporting To:** Managing Director / CEO **Employment Type:** Full-time, Permanent **Remuneration:** Competitive, commensurate with experience and company standards.,
