Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure timely execution. Ensure quality standards, material usage, and workmanship are maintained. Prepare daily progress reports and update project status. Resolve on-site issues and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Check measurements, verify BOQs, and ensure proper material management. Liaise with designers/clients to implement design changes when required.
Position: Accountant – Premier Mega Hub (Indian Oil Petrol Pump) Location: Jorabat, Assam Employment Type: Full-Time About the Outlet: Premier Mega Hub is a newly opened and one of the largest Indian Oil petrol pumps in India, located at Jorabat, Assam. The outlet operates 24x7 with high-volume fueling for both retail and commercial clients, including large fleets, tankers, and heavy vehicles. The site features advanced fueling infrastructure, dedicated fleet card facilities, and a strong backend accounting system. Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and responsible Accountant to manage all day-to-day accounting functions of the petrol pump. The candidate will handle daily entries, cash and credit reconciliations, fuel and lube sales records, and manage credit billing and Tally ERP operations. Accuracy, accountability, and speed in maintaining financial records are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily sales accounting for fuel, lubricants, and fleet card transactions. Enter all receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally ERP on a daily basis. Reconcile cash, card, and UPI sales with daily shift reports. Manage and issue credit bills to regular customers and transport companies. Record tanker receipts, shortages, and stock adjustments as per company policy. Coordinate with the Operations and Cash departments for daily cash deposits and statements. Maintain proper ledgers, vouchers, and documentation for audit compliance. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review. Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns in coordination with external accountants. Handle communication with banks for deposits, fund transfers, and reconciliations. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or related discipline. Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in fuel retail, logistics, or similar sectors. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and general accounting principles. Strong understanding of petrol pump accounting, credit billing, and reconciliation processes. Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a structured environment. Must be based in or willing to relocate near Jorabat, Assam.
