We are looking for a skilled and dedicated HR Manager to join our team and support our expansion. Position: HR ManagerResponsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management. Maintain HR records, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance. Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development programs. Oversee training, motivation, and retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations. Support management in building a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (export industry experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.. Salary: Competitive and based on experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/12/2025
