Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVES

Dolphy is a dynamic and growing organization that focuses on Building Materials. We are committed to building a positive and inclusive work culture. As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Manager who is responsible for leading the human resources functions of an organization. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance and development, compliance, and shaping HR strategy to align with business goals.

Roles & Responsibility

1. HR Strategy & Policy: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.

2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment—job descriptions, postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding.

3. Performance Management: Oversee performance review systems, set goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance improvement plans when necessary.

4. Training & Development: Identify employee training needs; design and deliver learning initiatives.

5. Compensation & Benefits: Administer salary structures, benefits packages, perks, and conduct benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and equity.

6. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Address grievances, mediate conflicts, foster a positive workplace culture.

7. Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations; update policies and training; manage sensitive issues like harassment or misconduct.

8. HR Metrics & Analytics: Maintain HR dashboards, analyze data to inform decisions, track retention, turnover, and other KPIs.

9. HR Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and develop HR staff; align their efforts with broader organizational goals.

10. Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage seamless employee transitions into and out of the organization.

11. Culture & Engagement: Drive employee engagement, wellness programs, retention strategies, and foster inclusivity.

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s (e.g., MBA or MHRM) preferred.

· Experience: Typically, 5+ years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity and Team handling.

· HR Certifications (preferred): SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, HR analytics tools, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.

· Legal & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
