Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and people-oriented HR Manager to lead and oversee the HR functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will manage core areas such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, policy implementation, and organizational development. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent. Design and execute employee engagement and retention strategies. Manage performance appraisal processes and support department heads in goal setting and reviews. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations. Develop and update HR policies, handbooks, and procedures. Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits in coordination with finance/payroll teams. Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Plan and support learning & development programs and career progression frameworks. Lead HR technology implementation and optimization (e.g., HRIS, performance tools). Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2-3 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role. Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office; experience with tools like SAP, Zoho, or BambooHR is a plus.
