Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Source, screen, and recruit IT talent across various domains.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Coordinate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Employee Engagement & Culture
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
• Performance Management
• Coordinate appraisal cycles, track KPIs, and facilitate feedback sessions.
• Work with managers to develop training and development plans.
• HR Operations
• Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and compliance with labour laws.
• Manage employee grievances and provide resolutions.
• Policy & Compliance
• Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and company regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
