HR Manager

Location: Chennai, India
Experience: 4–5 years
Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent

As our HR Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our organization. It means managing everything from hiring great talent to building a culture people are proud to be part of. You’ll own the full HR lifecycle and play a strategic role in growing our team.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for creative, tech, and operational roles.
• Build strong pipelines through innovative sourcing and networking.
• Design onboarding experiences that wow new hires from Day 1.

Performance & Engagement

• Develop fair and motivating performance management systems.
• Drive engagement initiatives, team events, and recognition programs.
• Coach managers to create high-performing, happy teams.

Culture & Policy

• Craft HR policies that fit our DNA — practical, transparent, and people-first.
• Champion a positive, inclusive, and feedback-driven work environment.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen our company culture and values.

Learning & Growth

• Identify training needs and build learning opportunities for all teams.
• Support career development and internal mobility.

Compliance & Administration

• Handle payroll coordination, attendance, HRIS management, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure all HR processes align with local laws and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a startup or media/creative industry.
• Strong generalist background covering recruitment, performance, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — approachable and empathetic.
• Strategic thinker who can balance people needs with business goals.
• MBA or Postgraduate in Human Resources Management.
