Hiring: Marketing Manager

Nazareth Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a business management consultancy firm dedicated to helping small and medium-sized businesses enhance efficiency, profitability, and growth. We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Manager to lead our business promotion and client development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively visit and engage with potential clients to promote the firm’s consultancy services.
• Execute on-ground marketing initiatives, events, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular field interactions and follow-ups.
• Distribute marketing materials and conduct presentations to prospective clients at their premises.
• Gather market feedback, track campaign effectiveness in the field, and report insights for strategic improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing from a recognized university.
• Experience: 5–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the service or consulting sector.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam preferred.
• Self-driven professional capable of working independently and achieving results.

Work Mode: Part-time, work from the office (Kochi) or remotely.
Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience plus performance-based incentives.
