Job Title: HR Manager

Role Overview

The HR Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing people strategies aligned with organizational goals. This includes overseeing recruitment, performance management, training initiatives, employee engagement, and compliance.

Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end HR operations and policy implementation.

· Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention.

· Drive performance evaluation and employee development programs.

· Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR documentation.

· Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with NBS values.

Requirements

· Educational Background: Graduate in Commerce or Engineering.

· HR Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution, or certification from a top HR institute.

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of continuous employment with a single organization, reflecting professional stability and commitment.

· Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Malayalam and English (spoken and written).

· Personal Profile: Candidate with a reasonable age and a stable family background, demonstrating maturity, consistency, and reliability.
