Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments.

Develop job descriptions, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.

Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs.

Implement and monitor the performance appraisal system.

Support department heads in goal setting and performance review processes.

Address employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements .

Maintain HR records, documentation, and ensure timely audits.

Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.

Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.

Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain skill enhancement records.

Monitor attendance, leave management, and related HRMIS activities.

Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
