About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and support our Human Resources function at our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Compliance•Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and HRIS management.•Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, company policies, and internal audit requirements.•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation.

2. Talent Management & Development
•Partner with leadership teams to identify skill gaps and support workforce planning.•Coordinate performance review cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback discussions.•Drive learning and development initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities and career growth.

3. Recruitment & Onboarding

•Collaborate with department heads to manage end-to-end recruitment for key positions.
•Oversee smooth onboarding experiences to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture
•Lead employee engagement activities, HR connect sessions, and feedback programs.•Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.•Address employee grievances proactively and promote open communication.

5. HR Strategy & Partnering

•Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
•Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making on people management and retention.

Qualifications & Skills
