Job Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and organizational culture. The role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with business goals while ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for all levels.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
  • Ensure quality hiring, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and hiring reports.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Build a healthy work culture and improve employee engagement.
  • Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions professionally.

3. Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
  • Track productivity and performance improvement plans (PIPs).

4. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

5. Payroll & Compensation Support

  • Coordinate with payroll teams for timely salary processing.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, incentives, and benefits.
  • Assist management in compensation structuring and revisions.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and plan learning programs.
  • Conduct induction and soft-skill training sessions.
  • Support leadership development initiatives.

7. HR Strategy & Reporting

  • Align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Prepare HR MIS, monthly reports, attrition analysis, and insights.
  • Support management in organizational planning and growth initiatives.

  • Proficiency in HR tools, MS Excel, and HRMS software

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4–7 years of HR experience (including managerial exposure)
  • Experience in fast-growing or sales-driven organizations preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
