Role Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, strategically minded Pre-Sales / Business Development Executive with 35 years of experience who can be a growth driver for AdametNext. You will anchor pre-sales and business development efforts, collaborating directly with the CEO, the BD team, and interfacing with cross-functional stakeholders. You will help architect our go-to-market strategies, cultivate relationships with decision-makers, and drive large, multi-year deals in the life sciences / healthcare / MedTech domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation & Funnel Management

Prospect, hunt, and farm accounts using tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot (or equivalent), targeted outreach, referrals

Create, nurture, and progress sales funnel (leads ? opportunities ? proposals ? closures)

Contribute to demand generation through thought leadership programs/events (webinars, podcasts, industry events etc.

Pre-Sales / Solutioning & Proposals

Conceptualize and develop proposals for responding to RFP/RFI/RFQs for clients in the pharmaceutical space, managing proposal response end to end, right from bid origination to closure

Develop pitch decks, business collaterals, elevator pitches, case studies, success stories

Present to CXOs / executive audiences, defending the value proposition

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor a small team focused on pre-sales and opportunity generation

Align internal stakeholders around solution strategy to ensure it is both credible and executable

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

Engage with prospects and clients in key geographies (US, EU) and RoW

Define winning themes by deeply understanding client needs and positioning AdametNext as the preferred partner

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

Perform deep account profiling, landscape mapping, competitor benchmarking

Identifying Products and Services that will help position the company as a strategic vendor to major pharmaceutical clients and working with delivery teams to roll out the same

Required Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications:

MBA or Postgraduate or equivalent from a reputed institution

35 years of relevant experience in business development / pre-sales in life sciences consulting/analytics firm

Skills:

Mandatory

Strong proposal writing and RFP response skills

Effective negotiation skills with contracts, terms, scope

Excellent verbal and written communication (English)

Comfortable presenting to CXO / leadership audiences

Ability to work under ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure

Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter attitude

Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Preferred

Good awareness of technologies & trends: AI/ML

Familiarity with drug discovery & development processes

Hands-on familiarity with CRM / sales automation tools

Experience working with EU / U.S. clients or exposure to international markets

Prior exposure to consulting, insights / analytics services

Ability to develop creative marketing content (blogs, Points of View (PoVs), webinars)

MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2
