Use behavioral cues and client profiling to customize sales approaches, improving conversion rates and satisfaction. 7. Ensure trust-building and Team building with the Employees in the company. 8. Conduct reviews, providing feedback in a style aligned with each team member's receptiveness and temperament. 9. Track KPIs, analyze performance gaps, and initiate corrective actions with a motivational and analytical mindset. 10. Use strategic foresight and adaptability to reposition sales tactics in a dynamic real estate environment. 11. Prepare sales reports, ensuring clarity, precision, and strategic insights. 12. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, adapting communication. 13.
