Job Description

Real Estate Sales Manager KRA’s 1. Monitor and evaluate team performance against targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 2. Compile, verify, and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports/data with proper feedback. 3. Monthly achieve the sales target set by the company. 4. Able to do outbound and inbound calls every day around 200. 5. Build and maintain strong client relationships by leveraging empathy, active listening, and persuasive communication. 6. Use behavioral cues and client profiling to customize sales approaches, improving conversion rates and satisfaction. 7. Ensure trust-building and Team building with the Employees in the company. 8. Conduct reviews, providing feedback in a style aligned with each team member's receptiveness and temperament. 9. Track KPIs, analyze performance gaps, and initiate corrective actions with a motivational and analytical mindset. 10. Use strategic foresight and adaptability to reposition sales tactics in a dynamic real estate environment. 11. Prepare sales reports, ensuring clarity, precision, and strategic insights. 12. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, adapting communication. 13. Compile, verify, and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the sales team timely submission. 14. Monitor individual and team sales performance against KPIs and targets. 15. Work closely with regional leads to collect and consolidate sales information for comprehensive reporting. 16. Assist in preparing presentations and business reviews for senior leadership using analytical summaries and visuals. 17. Precisely evaluate the leads you will get every day and call and follow up with them.
