Job Title: HR Manager – Recruitment & PMS Location: Delhi (Okhla Phase-III) Department: Human Resources Reports to: CEO Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and drive both Recruitment and the Performance Management System (PMS) for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition as well as the design, implementation, and execution of performance evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions. Source candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals). Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates. Coordinate and manage interview schedules and feedback loops. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Maintain recruitment metrics and reports (e.g., TAT, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire). Performance Management System (PMS) Design, implement, and monitor the performance appraisal process. Align performance metrics with organizational objectives and individual KPIs. Coordinate the goal-setting process, mid-year and annual reviews. Train managers and employees on PMS tools and best practices. Analyze appraisal data and generate performance reports. Identify high-potential employees and work with L&D for development plans. General HR Responsibilities Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Participate in HR audits, reporting, and documentation. Work with HR team on employee engagement, retention, and internal communication strategies. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Must Know Keka HRMS Software. 5–8 years of experience in HR with a focus on Recruitment and PMS. Hands-on experience with HRMS/ATS and PMS tools. Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
