Key Responsibilities:Content Writing & Creation: Write, edit, and proofread blog posts, website content, email campaigns, social media posts, press releases, and product descriptions. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in written content. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create multimedia content (e.g., infographics, videos, presentations). Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content. Digital Marketing Support: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels. Monitor and manage social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.) including posting and engagement. Track and report on marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other platforms. Assist with website updates using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify). Conduct competitor and market research to identify content opportunities and trends.
