Strategy Execution & Consulting CoordinationDrive execution of cross-functional transformation initiatives across Bless HomesCoordinate with consulting partners and ensure internal alignment on deliverablesManage project timelines, create accountability systems, and track progressB. HR & Organisational DevelopmentLead the internal implementation of the HR transformation roadmapStreamline documentation, onboarding, performance management, and internal reviewsFacilitate team development and change adoption across departmentsC. Cost & Operational EfficiencyIdentify and implement cost optimisation strategies across verticalsWork across architecture, nursing, F&B, housekeeping, and admin to improve systems and service qualityD. Systems & Scale ReadinessCreate tools for performance tracking, dashboards, and reportingSupport the leadership team in preparing the organisation for future fundraising and external partnerships
