As an HR Intern, you’ll assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement activities, while learning from experienced professionals in a fast-paced startup environment.📌 Key ResponsibilitiesSupport in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.Coordinate and support onboarding and induction programs.Help with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll assistance.Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities.Draft HR-related documents, reports, and communication materials.Assist in ensuring HR compliance and policy implementation.

✅ Desired Skills & Qualifications
