Role Overview

We are seeking a

Sales & Solutions Executive

who can drive lead engagement, coordinate with technical teams, and manage enterprise accounts with confidence. This role requires someone who not only understands

AI Agents and agentic workflows

but can also

listen to enterprise pain points

, facilitate

high-level solution discussions

, and

close deals

effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales leadership to manage B2B sales funnel and deal progression
  • Identify potential enterprise clients and schedule high-impact discovery calls
  • Conduct

    needs assessment

    and map client problems to our

    AI Agent offerings

  • Collaborate with the tech team to prepare tailored demos and solution walkthroughs
  • Prepare and present proposals, SoWs, commercial terms, and ROI narratives
  • Own post-demo follow-ups, stakeholder alignment, and

    deal closure coordination

  • Maintain accurate deal pipeline using CRM tools and update internal stakeholders

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science; MBA preferred
  • 2-5 years of B2B tech sales experience, ideally in

    AI

    ,

    SaaS

    , or

    digital transformation

  • Sound understanding of

    AI Agents

    ,

    agentic platforms

    (e.g., n8n, Supabase, LangChain)
  • Ability to

    lead enterprise conversations

    , uncover problems, and frame solutions clearly
  • Proven experience preparing

    solution proposals

    , PoCs, and commercial offers
  • Strong verbal and written communication; confident in client meetings and demos
  • Exposure to

    CRM systems

    like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot

Good-to-Have

  • Prior experience in AI-powered solutions in sectors like BFSI, Education, Healthcare
  • Familiarity with automation workflows, API integrations, or low-code tools
