Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. This role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their HR career and looking to grow within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
• Coordinate training and development sessions and maintain training records
• Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
• Support payroll and attendance processing
• Contribute to performance management processes by collecting data and coordinating reviews
• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in an HR role (internship or full-time)
• Basic understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR domain

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with HR software (e.g., Zoho People, SAP, or similar)
• Certification in HR (like SHRM, HRCI, or NIPM)
• Exposure to payroll or compliance functions
