Job Description

As an HR Generalist at our company, your role will involve maintaining and enhancing HR operational efficiency within the Plant. You will report to the Plant HR Manager and work closely with the Plant Operations Team. The location for this position is Pithampur. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding. - Training and Development of employees. - Managing Contract Labour. - Implementing company rules and regulations and overseeing employee lifecycle activities. - Administering disciplinary actions and maintaining employee service records. - General administration including security, vehicle maintenance, and housekeeping. - Ensuring Statutory compliance under applicable Labour Laws, ISO Audit, and Buyers Audit. - Overseeing HR operations, employee welfare programs, and Employee Engagement Activities. - Preparing HRIS, and generating various reports like absenteeism, attrition, Trainings, etc. - Implementing HR Initiatives for the smooth functioning of the HR Department. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA/MSW/PGDBM- HR with 10 to 15 years of experience. **Skills and Capabilities:** - Good Communication and interpersonal skills. - Sound knowledge and exposure to SAP and HR Systems and procedures. - Good understanding of Legal Compliance. - Proficiency in Computers. - Strong Problem Solving and Coordination Skills. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR management and a desire to contribute to the success of the company.
