Job Title: HR Generalist Location: Sachin, Surat Company: Trident Mediquip Ltd. Experience Required: 1–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Generalist with 1–2 years of experience who will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, including attendance management , manpower planning , recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR functions, a proactive mindset, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process Coordinate interviews and joinings Ensure proper documentation and employee record keeping Attendance Management Monitor and manage daily attendance records for all departments Coordinate with department heads to verify attendance data Maintain leave records and update HRMS (if applicable) Manpower Handling Monitor daily manpower strength and deployment Coordinate with production/operations team to fulfill manpower requirements Assist in workforce planning based on shift and workload Employee Engagement & Welfare Organize employee engagement activities and events Address employee grievances and escalate when necessary Assist in performance appraisals and feedback sessions Payroll & Compliance Support Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing inputs Ensure accuracy in attendance and leave data for payroll Assist with PF, ESIC, and statutory documentation Policy & Documentation Support implementation of HR policies and procedures Maintain HR files, employee records, and HR documentation Prepare HR reports as required by management Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred) 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup Knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.) Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and coordination abilities Basic proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
