HR Generalist

As a Recruitment Process Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, starting from job posting to onboarding, with a focus on ensuring timely and efficient hiring. You will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent by utilizing various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding - Utilize multiple recruitment channels to attract top talent - Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders - Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to work in a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
