1. Recruitment Process: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient hiring. 2. Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to attract top talent. 3. Candidate Screening: Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit. 4. Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a seamless interview process. 5. Job Offers and Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. 6. Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, source-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction. 7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
