Job Description

1. Kitchen Management: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation. 2. Menu Development: Develop and implement new menus, menu concepts, and menu pricing strategies. 3. Food Cost Management: Manage food costs, ensuring optimal menu pricing and minimizing waste. 4. Food Quality and Safety: Ensure exceptional food quality and safety, adhering to health and safety regulations. 5. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the kitchen team, including recruitment, training, and development. 6. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed. 7. Budgeting: Assist with budgeting and forecasting, ensuring culinary operations are within budget. 8. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and complaints.
