Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Chef to join our team, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and leadership.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.
  • Develop menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
