Job Description

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth, revenue, and profitability. 2. Operational Management: Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. 3. Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including department heads and staff. 4. Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and improve customer satisfaction. 5. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. 6. Financial Management: Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. 7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. 8. Quality Control: Ensure high standards of quality, cleanliness, and maintenance throughout the hotel.
