Job Description

As an HR Generalist at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the HR operational efficiency within the Plant. Reporting to the Plant HR Manager, you will work closely with the Plant Operations Team in Pithampur. Your responsibilities will include: - Manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes. - Conducting training and development programs for employees. - Managing contract labor effectively. - Enforcing company rules and regulations, overseeing employee lifecycle activities. - Handling disciplinary actions and maintaining accurate employee service records. - Managing general administration tasks such as security, vehicle maintenance, and housekeeping. - Ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, ISO Audit, and Buyers Audit. - Supervising HR operations, employee welfare programs, and engagement activities. - Generating HRIS reports including absenteeism, attrition, and training data. - Implementing HR initiatives to enhance the smooth functioning of the HR Department. The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - A degree in MBA/MSW/PGDBM with specialization in HR and 10 to 15 years of relevant experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in SAP, HR systems, and procedures. - Good understanding of legal compliance. - Proficiency in computer skills. - Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
