About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, support employee relations, and implement HR policies. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Administer HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance with labor laws.
• Support performance management, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain HR records, HRIS systems, and reports.
• Facilitate training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Contribute to HR strategy and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in employee engagement programs and training facilitation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
