Job Description

HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain HRMS records: attendance, leaves, employee data.
Support payroll by sharing monthly inputs.
Assist in performance review cycles & appraisal documentation.
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and daily HR support.
Draft and update HR policies and ensure compliance.
Coordinate training & development programs.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and HR analytics.

Employee Engagement (Added)

Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team events.
Conduct monthly engagement calendars and internal communication.
Drive culture-building initiatives and employee feedback programs.
Organize recognition programs (Star Performer, R&R, birthdays, work anniversaries).
Ensure a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.

Requirements

2–3 years of hands-on experience as an HR Executive/Generalist.
Strong understanding of HR processes and labour laws.
Proficient in HRMS tools and MS Office (Excel must).
Excellent communication, people-handling, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
