Job Description

As an HR professional, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks: - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: - Managing end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles. - Conducting screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers. - Improving sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, and social platforms. - Ensuring timely onboarding and documentation. - Employee Relations & Engagement: - Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR queries. - Handling grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary issues. - Planning and executing employee engagement programs and R&R activities. - Supporting employee wellness and DE&I initiatives. - HR Operations & Compliance: - Maintaining and updating employee records and HRIS systems. - Managing statutory compliance PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws. - Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. - Conducting HR audits and ensuring proper documentation. - Onboarding & Offboarding: - Ensuring a smooth onboarding process including documentation, induction, and orientation. - Conducting exit interviews and analyzing attrition trends. - Coordinating with departments for seamless joining and relieving. - Performance Management: - Assisting in performance appraisal cycles (monthly/quarterly/annual). - Working with managers to identify training needs and development plans. - Supporting the creation of KRAs/KPIs and improvement programs. - Validating attendance, leaves, incentives, reimbursements, and salary changes. - Handling compensation queries and ensuring accuracy. - HR Strategy & Projects: - Contributing to HR policy drafting and process improvement. - Leading HR initiatives like digital HR, culture building, retention strategies. - Supporting workforce planning and organization development projects. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive. - Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance. - Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work location is in person.,
