HR GENERALIST Industry : Fintech Location : Sector-3 Noida (Nr. Sec-16 Metro Station) Experience : 2+ years CTC : Up to Rs. 4.50 LPA Work Mode : On-site, Mon–Fri Role Overview We’re hiring a proactive HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations—ensuring smooth operations and legally sound HR practices that foster a positive workplace culture. Should be creative, flexible, multi-tasking Key Responsibilities: - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollouts Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria Manage job postings, vendor coordination, and campus outreach Conduct structured onboarding and induction programs Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnels Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and general matters, escalating complex issues as needed. Educate employees on statutory benefits and grievance redressal mechanisms Plan engagement activities and internal campaigns aligned with company values Statutory Compliance & HR Operations Ensure timely filings and documentation for PF, ESIC, Maternity Leaves, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable acts Maintain compliance calendars, trackers, and audit readiness Assist in the dissemination, communication, and basic implementation of company policies and procedures in line with labor law amendments Prepare and verify monthly input data for payroll processing (e.g., leave, attendance, overtime, incentives, etc.).
