Role & Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment process for various roles.* Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.* Handle employee records and maintain HR databases.* Assist in performance management, employee appraisals, and disciplinary actions.* Implement HR policies, and track adherence to the company's HR guidelines.* Ensure that all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
Preferred Candidate Profile:* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR Administration or a similar role.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
