HR Generalist

Job Description: We are looking for talented HR professional who has a command over English, who has a good positive attitude, ability to understand people and interacts with customers and team members effectively. Hindi communication skills will be a great advantage. Job Type: Full-time | Location: Chennai (Rajasekaran St [Near RK Salai] Mylapore) Industry: Interior Decor Products Pay Range: ₹ 25,000 - ₹ 35,000 per month (Fixed only) Kindly Note Please apply only if your expected salary falls within the specified range. This is a long-term role with a minimum contract period of 12 months, which can contribute positively to your professional experience and CV. As part of our commitment policy, the company will collect one original document at the time of joining. This document will be safely stored and returned once the employee has completed the required notice period. Key Responsibilities: As a HR professional, you will be expected to; Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: - Attracting talent to ensure timely hiring and expanding the current workforce. - Sourcing and selecting the best candidates as per the manpower needs and requirements. - Managing recruitment processes to meet business needs and foster a positive employer brand - Employee Management: - Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievances - Handle contract employees for housekeeping with their agencies and handle any grievances - Organize birthday and other events for employees as per the needs - Policy Management: - Develop, implement and review HR policies and procedures - Communicate policies to employees and management - Induction Procedure Management: - Ensure smooth onboarding process and provide necessary support Training and Development: - Empowering employees by analyzing trainings that helps employees, to improve skills and performance.
