About The Role:

What You’ll Own:

  • Drive Performance Cycles:

    Lead and coordinate the end-to-end performance review cycles in collaboration with managers and leadership, ensuring timely execution and fairness.
  • Design & Implement Frameworks:

    Support the design, implementation, and management of KPI/KRA (Key Performance Indicators/Key Result Areas) design, goal-setting, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Manage Employee Lifecycle:

    Handle end-to-end onboarding and exit processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees.
  • Conduct Exit Analysis:

    Systematically manage exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and analyze trends to share actionable insights with management for continuous improvement.
  • Anchor Engagement:

    Plan and execute impactful employee engagement initiatives that actively promote a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work culture.
  • Ensure Compliance:

    Support key HR functions like documentation, policy implementation, and HR audits to ensure operational compliance and best practices.

Must Haves:

  • Experience:

    5+ years of total work experience in Human Resources.
  • Domain Expertise:

    Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations and Performance Management.
  • Implementation Experience:

    Proven success in implementing goal-setting frameworks and improving employee experience management.
  • Process Execution:

    Experience in executing end-to-end onboarding and exit processes for a rapidly growing organization.
  • Tools:

    Hands-on experience and proficiency with any recognized HRMS

Good To Haves:

  • Education:

    Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Autonomy:

    Demonstrated ability to manage core HR processes and projects independently with minimal supervision.

Career Growth & Trajectory:

  • Your growth trajectory is focused on transitioning from independent management of core HR operations and employee relations to owning key HR verticals.
  • Within approximately two years, you are expected to progress into an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role. This advanced role involves close partnership with business leaders, driving organizational culture, and utilizing data-driven insights.
  • This career path necessitates demonstrating comprehensive mastery and successful end-to-end execution of all core HR operations.
