Role: Chief of Staff

Role Objective
Act as the strategic right-hand to the MD—ensuring clarity, speed, and execution across departments. Drive performance tracking, coordination, and accountability, while freeing the MD from daily operational bottlenecks. The Chief of Staff is the nerve center between the MD and the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Coordination & Execution
- Serve as an extension of the MD in all internal operations.
- Align all department heads with MD's vision, goals, and priorities.- Track progress of ongoing projects, highlight delays, and push timely execution.- Run daily stand-ups, weekly performance reviews, and follow-up action plans.
Departmental Interface
- Coordinate across all 8 departments: Sales, Legal, Liaison, Projects, Finance, CRM, HR, Procurement.
- Ensure each department has clarity on deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines.- Create structured workflows and reporting formats for each vertical.
Information Flow & Decision Support
- Manage the flow of key information to and from the MD.
- Prepare high-impact briefs, dashboards, and reports for MD decision-making.- Act as a gatekeeper and filter to prioritize issues requiring MD's attention.
Performance Management
- Develop and track KPIs for each department.
- Create escalation frameworks for inter-department issues.- Ensure all team leaders are working in sync, not in silos.
Special Projects & Implementation
- Lead high-priority initiatives on behalf of the MD (e.g., automation, reorg, new systems).
- Drive SOPs and implement digital workflows (e.g., project tracking, CRM tools).
Success Metrics
- Reduced MD intervention in day-to-day operations
- Improved on-time project execution across departments- Faster decision-making and issue resolution- Visible alignment between departmental targets and MD’s business goals
Ideal Profile
- 10+ years’ experience in real estate, construction, or high-performance environments
- Proven record in managing cross-functional teams and project execution- Highly organized, analytical, and solution-oriented- Excellent verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders- Strong grasp of real estate lifecycle (land, approvals, sales, execution)
Tools & Exposure Advantageous
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Trello, Asana, Excel-based trackers)
- Understanding of CRM tools, ERP systems, and finance reporting dashboards- Fluency in English and local languages for clear team communication

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,044.31 per month
