Job Description

As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process - Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans - Developing and executing training and development plans - Assisting in performance management processes - Supporting management in disciplinary and grievance issues - Maintaining employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements - Having experience in statutory compliance pertaining to broking business - Designing sales team incentive structures for compensation and rewards - Identifying training needs, conducting gap analysis, and planning Individual development plans To be successful in this role, you must have: - 5-8 years of experience in HR - MBA in HR from a reputed university - BSc/BA in business administration, social studies, or a relevant field In addition, you should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of HRMS - Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities - Excellent communication and time management skills - Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude - Strong ethics and reliability - Experience in handling employee grievances - Self-motivation Please note that the compensation for this position will be as per company standards.,
