Job Description

The role involves supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, actively participating in recruitment processes, including preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing hiring. You will be responsible for creating and executing effective onboarding plans, developing training and development programs, and assisting in performance management processes. Additionally, you will support management in disciplinary and grievance issues, maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements, and have experience in statutory compliance related to broking business. You must have experience in compensation and rewards, including designing sales team incentive structures, and be able to identify training needs, conduct gap analysis, and plan individual development programs. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience, an MBA in HR from a reputable university, or a BSc/BA in business administration, social studies, or a relevant field. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of HRMS are required, along with outstanding organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong ethics, reliability, experience in handling employee grievances, and self-motivation are essential for this role. The compensation for this position will be as per company standards.,
