Customer Care Head

You will be responsible for formulating business strategy with the execution team and designing customer care operational processes and policies that align with the overall strategy. Your role will also involve implementing efficient processes and standards for the smooth and effective functioning of the customer care team. It is essential to develop robust customer service processes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Building and maintaining relationships with clients while meeting their needs will be a key aspect of your job. You will oversee a team of customer care executives to ensure they provide an exceptional client experience. Developing and overseeing the implementation of client service protocols and resolving complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner will also be part of your responsibilities. Supporting and training team members to help them achieve departmental goals and maintaining records of client interactions for training purposes are crucial tasks. Additionally, responding to customer service issues in a timely manner is essential. To qualify for this role, you should have 6-8 years of experience as a customer service team leader in any financial firm. A graduate/post-graduate degree with knowledge of financial markets, stock trading, securities firms, insurance, etc., is required. The ideal candidate will be humble and soft-spoken, with proven experience in a leadership role. Excellent communication skills, the ability to anticipate customer needs, superior organizational and time management skills, and innovative, creative thinking abilities are necessary to provide a cutting-edge client experience.
