Job Summary

We seek a detail-oriented and energetic Human Resources Executive to focus on HR recruitment and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle the full recruitment lifecycle, support onboarding, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR processes. This role requires a strong understanding of recruiting practices and HR systems and a hands-on approach to HR administration.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (Internal ) particularly in IT and support functions.
  • Source candidates using job portals, internal database, campus & employee referrals.
  • Conduct resume screening, preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for evaluations & interview scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide timely follow-ups and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding documentation (contracts, forms, IDs, etc.).
  • Schedule and conduct employee induction programs to introduce company policies and culture.
  • Ensure compliance with internal checklists and legal documentation for new hires.

3. HR Administration

  • Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and basic payroll inputs.
  • Track probation periods and appraisal due dates.
  • Support HR audits and compliance activities, including background verification.
  • Take care of employee engagement activities like birthday celebration, festival celebration.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare recruitment status reports, offer acceptance ratios, and joining reports.
  • Maintain structured documentation for audit and compliance readiness.
  • Generate MIS reports related to headcount, attrition, and joining pipelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR recruitment (Internal as well Clients project) and administration.
  • Proficiency in using HRMS and ATS platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, and Excel trackers).
  • Good knowledge of Indian HR compliance practices and onboarding formalities.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Experience in the IT or staffing industry is preferred.
