Job Description – HR Executive (Generalist)

Location : Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400072

Reports To : Director – HR

Experience Required: 2–4 years (strong knowledge in Payroll & Recruitment)

CTC: Up to 7 LPA

Working Days : 5 days (Work from Office)

Joining : Immediate joiners preferred (within 15-20 days)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive (Generalist) to support and manage diverse HR functions. The role will involve recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, payroll, and performance management. The ideal candidate should be people-focused, proactive, and eager to contribute towards building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Conduct smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, confirmations, and exit formalities.
  • Employee Engagement & Welfare
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances promptly and effectively.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.
  • Payroll Management
  • Prepare payroll inputs such as attendance and leave.
  • Coordinate with business teams for incentives and other inputs.
  • Share payroll registers with compliance vendors.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a people-first approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
