HR Executive (Generalist)

As an HR professional at our company, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of human resource management. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure effective candidate sourcing. - Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns. You will also mediate and resolve employee conflicts to maintain a healthy work environment. - Assisting in performance appraisal processes, developing employee improvement plans, and supporting managers in setting performance goals and tracking progress. - Monitoring and maintaining accurate employee attendance records, addressing attendance-related issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies on leave balances. - Maintaining employee records with accurate information in HR systems and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations at various levels. - Coordinating training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and performance. You will also support leadership development initiatives within the company. - Assisting with employee surveys, providing insights on employee engagement, and staying updated with HR management best practices and trends. Additionally, the company offers Provident Fund benefits. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role. If you have at least 1 year of experience in HR and a total work experience of 1 year, it would be advantageous. Your ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Chennai before starting work is required for this position.
