We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial practices. As a Junior Accountant, you will assist in handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining records, managing transactions, and supporting monthly closures. Proficiency in Tally ERP is a must, along with familiarity with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable. Record and process transactions using Tally ERP software. Perform regular bank, ledger, and account reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end closings. Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements. Process invoices, payments, expense reports, and purchase orders. Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records. Assist in tax filings and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.). Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for billing and payment issues. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 2-3 years of accounting experience. Hands-on experience with Tally ERP is mandatory.
