Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhiwandi for an HR Executive (Generalist). Responsibilities include managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, building and maintaining employee relations, and supporting day-to-day HR management functions. The HR Executive will play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture and assisting with human resource planning and strategies.

Job Summary:

The HR Executive (Generalist) will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and supporting key functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and final selection.
  • Prepare job descriptions and post them on various platforms.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

  • Maintain attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for timely salary processing.
  • Manage employee database and HRMIS records accurately.

4. Performance Management

  • Support in goal-setting, appraisal coordination, and feedback collection.
  • Maintain records of employee performance reviews.

5. Compliance & HR Policies

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation and reports.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill enhancement programs.
  • Maintain records of employee participation and performance improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Knowledge of HR laws and best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
