We are looking for a visionary Designing & Creative Head to lead the creative execution of events—spanning concept development, visual design, branding, and experiential elements. This person will be responsible for turning ideas into compelling event experiences that resonate with audiences and reinforce brand values. Responsibilities: Conceptualize and drive the creative direction of all events (Government, , product launches, exhibitions, Tradeshows, Summit etc.) Collaborate with clients, event planners, and production teams to transform briefs into immersive experiences. Lead design teams working on stage design, event branding, motion graphics, invites, digital assets, and AV content. Manage workflows, timelines, and creative resources for multiple simultaneous projects. Supervise creation of mood boards, 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and mock-ups for client presentations Required Skills & Experience: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, or related field. · 7+ years of experience in design or creative roles, with 3+ years in leadership within an event company or agency · Strong leadership, team-building, and project management capabilities. · Excellent storytelling, ideation, and presentation skills. Job Description: We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager specializing in Event & Exhibitions industry to help us expand our clientele. You will be responsible to identify opportunities for business growth, create marketing strategies based on those opportunities and effective management of exhibition and event-related projects. Responsibilities: Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through networking and marketing activities. Make presentations including delivering to potential leads, sponsors, internal executives, prospective clients and event partners. Meeting with potential and existing clients to increase opportunities to increase market share and revenue within government and corporate organisations. Developing proposals, quotations and tenders for enquiries and negotiating terms to secure sales opportunities to meet targets. Required Skills Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a similar area.  Eight years’ experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role gained in Events industries.  Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.  Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.  Must be extremely skillful in pitching to clients and negotiating deals.  Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environment.
